The accommodation has one main building with eight floors and three annex buildings with a maximum of two floors. Also available: Reception, lobby with seats and free Wi-Fi, conference rooms, elevators (main building only), various bars, TV room, buffet restaurant with outdoor terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required on site), garden, outdoor pool, pool with 2 water slides, children's pool, indoor pool, sun beds and umbrellas at the swimming pools and at the beach, bath towel service, animation team.
On charge: Internet café, shops, laundry and ironing service, doctor's post.

Sports, Relaxation and Entertainment:
Tennis, table tennis, aerobics, water polo, beach volley, basketball, football, fitness, Turkish bath, sauna. The entertainment team provides a varied day and evening program.
On charge: Billiards, tennis lighting, various (motorized) water sports and spa center with various treatments and massage.

Children:
Children's pool, mini club (4-12 years), teen club (13-16 years, July and August only), mini disco.

Standard room (DBL):
The standard room is located in the main building and has air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, safe and minibar. Bathroom with bath / shower / toilet / hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony.

Standard room with side seaview (DZS): 
The standard sea view has the same facilities as the standard room and also has sea view.

Club Room (DBC/DBE): 
The club room is located in the annexes and has the same facilities as the superior room.

Care Papillion Zeugma: 
Staying on the basis of the Ultra All Inclusive concept.
This includes the following: Breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style, various snacks, ice cream at a specific time, afternoon tea with cookies, midnight snack, local alcoholic drinks and local non alcoholic drinks 24 hours a day, possibility to dine in à la 1 time per stay carte restaurant, reservation required on site, disco bar (11 pm-2am)
On charge: Import drinks, champagne, bottled drinks, packed ice, room service, disco bar after 2 am, all items not mentioned.
 

In spring and autumn the hotel management can decide to reduce some facillities due to hotel occupancy, weather conditions or maintenance.
